Product Description – A great intaglio dog ring likely made sometime around the turn of the century. This one is remarkable as it has a pair of dogs (best guess pair of King Charles Spaniels?) set in a mother of pearl background. It is marked STERLING and looks to be in original condition. The size is 6 and 3/4 and shows really well due to the oblong size displaying the dogs. This was probably made by the Essex Crystal Co which produced many of these types of rings for the market. A great ring for the avid collector of dog jewelry.
Provenance – Another in a collection of estate antique and vintage jewelry purchased from an estate in Lower PA.
